Calvary Community Wesleyan Church is partnering with Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child to bring hope, joy, and the love of Jesus Christ to children living in some of the world's most difficult-to-reach places.
This year, we're inviting our church family and friends to participate by building an online shoebox.
Unlike traditional shoebox gifts, online shoeboxes are specially designed for countries where standard shoeboxes cannot be delivered due to customs restrictions or security concerns. These gifts are packed by Samaritan's Purse using pre-approved items that can safely enter these regions, allowing children in remote and restricted areas to receive a gift and hear the Gospel.
How It Works
Building an online shoebox is simple:
- Choose whether you'd like to bless a boy or girl
- Select an age group
- Choose from a variety of toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and other gifts
- Add a personal note and photo of encouragement (optional)
- Samaritan's Purse will carefully pack and deliver your gift on your behalf.
Our Church Goal
Every shoebox is more than a gift—it is an opportunity to share the love of Christ with a child who may have never received a gift before. Through local church partners, each child also has the opportunity to hear the Gospel and be invited to participate in a discipleship program that helps them grow in their faith.
